Your Account and Security

ChaGPT – Creator Hyper Animator GPT offers multiple plans: Free, Creator, and Studio. Each plan has different features, limits, export quality, preset access, and rendering speed.

Free Plan

You can generate one video before subscribing. Exports include a watermark and are limited to standard presets and 720p resolution.

Creator Plan

This plan is made for daily use. You get unlimited renders, no watermarks, full preset access, branding tools, and faster rendering. Videos export in 1080p.

Studio Plan

This is the professional tier for teams and brands. It unlocks everything: 4K exports, team accounts, shared libraries, brand kits, custom presets, workspace integrations, and priority support.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. When you cancel, your current cycle continues until the end of the billing period. We don’t offer partial refunds unless required by local law.

Prices may change, but we apply new pricing to future billing cycles, not active ones.

What You Can’t Do

To keep ChaGPT – Creator Hyper Animator GPT running smoothly for everyone, there are a few basic rules you must follow. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to generate harmful or illegal content
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the system’s internal workings
  • Upload malware, harmful files, or anything designed to break the service
  • Automate scraping or load the system in ways it wasn’t designed for If you break these rules, your account may be paused or removed permanently.

Platform Ownership

The ChaGPT – Creator Hyper Animator GPT name, branding, code, UI, preset library, motion systems, and all internal tools belong to ChaGPT – Creator Hyper Animator GPT. You have permission to use the platform, but you don’t gain rights to copy, clone, resell, or recreate the system or any internal element.

Your content is yours. The technology is ours. Both stay separate.

Availability and Updates

We aim to provide reliable uptime, but no platform can promise 100 percent stability. There may be maintenance windows, updates, or occasional outages. Rendering times may shift depending on server load, heavy traffic, or large batch processing.

We regularly update presets, motion profiles, formats, UI, and performance layers to improve the experience.

Limitation of Liability

ChaGPT – Creator Hyper Animator GPT is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Slow internet
  • Rendering delays
  • Data loss from your side
  • Missed deadlines due to external issues
  • Inaccurate or copyrighted uploads you provide
  • Third-party outages or service failures

You use the platform voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms. You can delete your account anytime and stop using the service whenever you want.

External Integrations

Some features (like Notion or Figma embeds on Studio) use third-party systems. Those services operate under their own terms. By enabling these integrations, you accept their rules as well.

Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the platform means you’re okay with the updated version.
